Q: Do you bring our pets to your business to care for them?
A: I provide personalized “in your home” care for your loving pets. And boarding is available for cats only.
Q: Do you offer overnights at our house?
A: I provide overnight care on a “as needed” basis starting at $80 overnight (10 pm to 7 am).
Q: What are your fees for the various services you offer?
A: Rates are determined on a “as needed” basis depending on specific needs during a visit. Multiple visits and location .
Basic Rates:
Cat Boarding: $30 $ 5 each additional cat
Cat Visits: $25 per visit $5 each additional cat
Small-Breed Dog Walking: starting at $25 per walk; $5 each additional pet
Dog care ( no size restraint ) in enclosed environment $25 Per visit $5 each additional pet
Small-Breed animal visits / Rabbits / Guinea Pigs / Birds starting at $25 per visit ( based on a needs basis ) Call for Quote
Visits to Vet/Groomer: $30 one-way; $50 round trip
Holiday Up-Charge: $10 (Christmas / New Year’s Eve / Thanksgiving / Easter)
Overnight Stays: $ 80 per night (10 pm - 7 am)
Q: What is your process for payment? Can you bill me? Can I pay by credit card?
A: For booking no deposit is needed. Payment is paid in full at the time of service. Cash checks and Zelle transfer preferred . Credit cards via Square with additional 3% fee accepted .
Q: Do you offer cat boarding?
A: Yes! Cats have free roam of a private secure non-sharing rooms with plenty of TLC throughout the day.
Q: Will you bring in my mail and packages when we are gone?
A: Yes! I will gladly bring your mail and packages in daily. Also water any houseplants .
Q: What happens if there is an emergency with my pets? Will you take them to the vet immediately?
A: First I will contact you or your emergency contact person. Then I will transport your pet to either YOUR veterinary facility or if needed to Animal Emergency & Specialty Center at 423-822-8304.
Q: If our plans change for using the service is there a cancellation penalty? If so, when do we need to cancel by to avoid that fee?
A : To potentially avoid a fee you need to cancel within 24 hours of your first scheduled day of service.
Q: If our return is delayed, how much notice do you need to cover extra days?
A: If you are delayed please notify me ASAP at 423-313-6443. (Rest assured I will never leave your pets unattended.)
Q: Will you pet sit and walk my large-breed dog?
A: Yes. I will pet sit all large dogs as long as they have an enclosed area to be let out. I will walk small dogs under 25 lbs.
Q: Do you offer services OUTSIDE of your designated service area?
A: Yes, but this is dependent on location and availability. And an additional fee will apply.
Q: What is your background? Do you have any specialized care?
A: I have been a pet sitter since 2000. My passion is all pets and their welfare. I grew up on a farm taking care of chickens, rabbits, hamsters, cattle, pigs, dogs, horses, and many cats over the years.

Q: Will you do a “meet and greet” with me and my pets so they can get acquainted to you?
A: Yes! This allows us to discuss your needs, meet your pets, and see their environment. Also your Bow & Meow get to “Sniff” me out for approval. And of course it is complimentary.
Q: Will you take photos of my pets and send them to me while I am gone?
A: Yes! This will be discussed during consultation.
Q: Do you offer boarding service where I can bring my pets to you?
A: Yes! But only for cats. This service is reserved for one-on-one clients needs.
Q: How much notice do you need for your pet sitting / dog walking service / cat boarding service?
A: Advance notice needed to book my service is based on availability.
